Most products fail and you can prevent it! How?

By knowing the building blocks of any successful Product and getting them right!

Take a look at the graphic attached to the post, based on the Lippitt-Knoster Model for Managing Complex Change (h/t Tom Alder). This is a simple framework that will allow you to create great products:

โžจ ๐—ฉ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป: You have to know what you want to achieve with your product. Have a guiding vision on how to solve a problem worth solving.

โžจ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐˜: You need to know your potential clients and market size to know how to craft your product to make it appealing.

โžจ ๐— ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐˜€: If you donโ€™t measure the right metrics in your product, you might as well not build it at all. You wonโ€™t know why was it successful or failed anyway.

โžจ ๐—ง๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜: Building a great product requires a set of talented people, including developers, designers, QA engineers, data analytics, and more! On top of that, you need to make sure they support you and your product!

โžจ ๐—ฃ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ป: You need to have a plan on how to get clients in your market. Thus, even when being Agile, you have to know when and what you want to achieve and have a great strategy to support the right development direction.
